Our property team is led by Tim Read who advises on all aspects of commercial property, infrastructure and estate management.

Tim advises a number of owners and rights holders on the management of their estates for the hosting of sporting events and teams up with Bill Annan and Tris Moore to work on large infrastructure projects.

Examples of recent practice include advising on the acquisition of a major dive centre with related property and planning issues, advising on race track estate management issues, event planning and track terms of use, negotiating the key contracts in support of an infrastructure project for an outdoor leisure company.
